ProsperOps H2 Summit 2024

Last week in Austin was one for the books! 🎉

The ProsperOps team recently swapped our virtual workspaces for our H2 company summit in Austin, Texas. Over 60 of us from around the world came together, ready to collaborate, learn, and celebrate our journey so far. From insightful product sessions to exciting announcements and big win celebrations, our summit was packed with activities that reflected the vibrant culture we’ve built at ProsperOps. Here’s a recap of the highlights!

Kicking Off in Austin

After everyone arrived, we started with some fun ice-breaking sessions – because seeing those “9-to-5 faces” in 3D instead of 2D is always refreshing! 😄 Laughter filled the room as we connected over crazy chats, forming genuine connections and indulging in great food. It’s amazing how a change of scenery brings out the best in everyone!

Next, we moved on to our company sessions, where we brainstormed, exchanged feedback on different processes, and shared ideas. It’s always inspiring to hear how our product has helped cloud users save such big $$, but as impressive as that is, we know there’s always room to elevate our game. We’re constantly pushing the boundaries to deliver even more value, and this summit only fueled our drive to reach new heights.

We also got our hands on some exciting ProsperOps merch, and you could see the smiles all around – each member proudly showing off their new gear!

Celebrating The Big Wins!

This summit wasn’t just about having fun – it was a chance to celebrate some significant milestones. We took a moment to reflect on our journey so far, and it’s safe to say we’ve accomplished a lot this year!

Safe to say, we’ve been busy – but we’re just getting started! 💪

A Night Out at The Dirdie Birdie 🎳

Our evening at The Dirdie Birdie was packed with fun, laughter, and all the right vibes! It was a perfect blend of relaxation and camaraderie, reminding us of the importance of coming together beyond the usual work tasks.

We kicked things off with a round of Texas-themed mini-golf, which quickly turned into a friendly competition. Everyone brought their A-game, and we saw some impressive (and not-so-impressive) swings! It didn’t matter if you were a golf pro or a beginner – the energy was high, and every putt came with cheers and high-fives.

But the fun didn’t stop there. The Dirdie Birdie also had a quirky little cart that became the center of attention. From pretending to be expert drivers to those who got “run over” in style, this little prop was the perfect excuse to let loose.

Between the games, photo ops, and great conversations, this kind of evening reminds you why working at ProsperOps is so special—our people, our culture, and our relentless drive to be the best in cloud cost management.

Looking Forward

As we gear up for Q4 2024 and beyond, the energy and inspiration from our summit have us more excited than ever to keep leading in the FinOps industry. 🎯

With this momentum, ProsperOps is set to continue our journey in the FinOps universe through the end of the year! 🚀

Our next stops:

📍 PEI Operating Partners Forum in New York

📍 FinOps X Europe in Barcelona

📍 Microsoft Ignite in Chicago

📍 AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas

📍 Gartner IOCS Conference in Las Vegas

Say hi if you’re attending any of these events – we’d love to chat!

See you at the ProsperOps booth!
